Formerly as in this day and age, the Platja is the heart of the village life. At the time, there was only one bar, and all the activity revolved around the fishing activity. The fishing boats rested in the sun while waiting for the following night where the fishermen set out to sea. This old postcard is Josep Esquirol’s one and is prior to 1904.
Same place, October 2010. A rest that is reserved only for the “Indian summer”.
