The Montgó beach during the Fifties.  There was almost no construction.  We’ll notice on the left a strange small white construction with curved roof, with only one door : it is a small storage and preparation workshop for the vineyard maintenance products.  The sometimes blue walls of these small constructions keep the mark of the products to treat the grape (copper sulfate).  In 2013 one of them still exists, on the verge of ruin, along the GI-623 Viladamat-L'Escala road, close to the Sonja shopping centre.
In this day and age (picture April 2011), almost the whole hill is built on.
